Memorial March For MMIW in Edmonton

Rellik talks with Judith Gale about what the color red symbolized for Missing and Murdered Indigenous woman's awareness as well as the Red hand. There is  a morning prayer and ceremony starting at sunrise at Beaver Hills park. Then they will adorn the entire park in red dresses and ribbons . They will goto Churchill square for 10 am, where their will be speakers and the handing out od the red hand masks  and from there they will march 3 x 3 , Covid safely, down jasper avenue with the Red Drum Motorcycle Group and different drum groups. There will also  be the giveaways to less fortunate and Teepee Treats supplying bannock and water.
